Marketing Communications Project Manager at Stage Umeå AB

Stage is Umeå’s new live entertainment venue, hosting concerts and club events throughout the year. We are now looking for a creative and driven individual who wants to take our marketing and communications efforts to the next level.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to structure and develop our marketing and communications work while also producing creative content, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be the driving force behind our marketing communications, combining strategic insight with a hands-on creative approach.

Location: Umeå

Employment Type: Full-time with flexible, goal-oriented working hours.

Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
You will be employed directly by Stage Umeå AB.

Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities

As Marketing Communications Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing communication and marketing plans for our events at Stage, as well as leading our overall brand development efforts.

A key part of the role is developing and managing our social media presence. You will schedule content and actively determine which channels we should focus on.

In your role as a producer, you will create and produce content for our social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, graphic design projects, and video editing.

You will also be present at most of our events to create engaging content together with our artists, audience members, and on-site team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with digital marketing communications, including hands-on experience with graphic design and video content production.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity and attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills, ready to both lead and execute tasks as needed.
